Hi my name is Dean Forster, your host. With the assistance of my son Jay we will take you on a trip of a lifetime in search of the Big Red Snapper. My knowledge and experience has been developed over many years through my passion for fishing, firstly as a keen angler and then as a charter boat operator. 

 Fishing for Snapper is our specialty. If you choose to come on Stress Relief 111,  we will take you to a vast number of locations within Spencers Gulf, South Australia to search for the elusive 30 pound plus Snapper. The waters we fish in are between Port Broughton and Whyalla. Anglers from all over the world get excited when they strike it lucky and catch a big one. So often we hear – ‘I’ve caught lots of Snapper but I just want to catch a big one’.

 Our modern craft is a 8.75 metre aluminium cabin cruiser, fully equipped with a coloured sounder, GPS map plotter, Furuno radar, underwater camera, coloured television, DVD and video. The boat is currently in 2C survey and certified to carry 9 passengers.

 Reasonably priced accommodation can be provided for up to 8 persons at our home located in the heart of Port Broughton.

On a charter the following is provided:

• Knowledge of how and where to catch fish.

• ICE & BAIT (Cockles, Squid, etc.)

• FISHING TACKLE ( Rods, Reels, Lines etc.)

• Large Ice Boxes (to keep your catch fresh)

• ACCOMMODATION for up to 8 person

All you need to provide is:

• Hat and Jacket

• Lunch and Drinks (Cool drinks supplied)

• Personal Effects (Sunscreen, Sunglasses, Cameras etc.)
